Ayo Dosunmu is getting a major pay day in the NBA, according to ESPN Insider Shams Charania. Charania reports Dosunmu intends to sign a five-year, $112 million deal to stay with the Minnesota Timberwolves. The deal will include a player option in the fifth season. Dosunmu, a second round draft pick by the Bulls in 2021, was traded from Chicago to Minnesota in February of 2026. He went on to help the Timberwolves make a playoff push, most notably with a 43-point game in the first round. Minnesota lost to the San Antonio Spurs in the Western Conference Semifinals.
